FIRST CHANGE THEN CHANGE OTHERS!
A warm Hello,
We are PARIVARTANN, we believe in change and that change should be for better. And it can be better for oneself or one’s nation or one’s society or ones life. We say, first change oneself before asking others to. We change thoughts, way of thinking & one’s vision towards the motherland and towards the society. We believe only way we can grow and come out as a powerful nation is by supporting less fortunate section in all that ways we can.
We don’t like to be called by the name of a NGO, thanks to politicians, celebs, etc. who are coming up with number of NGO’s getting caught in number of scams. I don’t say that all people involved are wrong, but the attitude and the reason for opening of NGO’s by these politicians and aristocrats maybe wrong. And one more reason why we like to be called by name PARIVARTANN only is, we members are not so rich, neither attached to politics neither we get support from any celebs. We are just students, engineers, doctors, CA, from various colleges like IIT’s, NIT’s, AIMS, MSU etc. The only reason we are here for is making PARIVARTANN in the thoughts of people towards their nation.
We have a very good system and a very good constitution but the only thing that is wrong in our nation is its citizen’s mentality or way of thinking. That is what we want to change. Surely if one day we can change this behavior or mentality of self centeredness in our citizens we can surely rise and rise like no one have ever thought of. If we being the sons of this motherland don’t bother for our homeland, than who will?
We want to say to all the citizens whether teenage, student, an engineer or a doctor, lawyer or an IAS or a worker give us a chance to help those unfortunate. We will stand by our words and we believe we are young, dynamic people and we will make a difference.

AM I SO SELFISH?
Hello members,

Why am I so selfish? I ask this question to myself, and I repent for being so, if you think so, then you are wrong. I believe why I should not be selfish, when others are. Why I shouldn’t think about my family and my people when others do. What’s wrong in thinking about your own good?

There is nothing wrong in thinking about our own good, but at the stake of others or at the stake our nation, society than it seriously matters. If I am capable enough to do something good towards the society than I believe why shouldn’t I do that. I can donate few money or give my precious weekends to those who are not as fortunate as me, try to spend time with them try, to guide them with the experience that I have in my life.
I surely can do one thing, try to postpone my idea of buying a new I-pad and for a month or two work with the old laptop I have and donate few money to those who even lack the facility of owing a pencil of     Rs 2/- . I even can try to postpone my treat to my girlfriend this weekend and go to the school of handicap children and spend some time with them (may be your girlfriend too likes the idea, and comes along with you).

If you earn well its for sure you will not have time to do social awareness activities, but we say we are coming to your doorstep, support us and support us not for our sake, but for the people whom you really care and cannot reach them due to some reasons. We are organization of people just like you and we understand your circumstances.
If you think I alone cannot make a difference than maybe this time you are wrong, I believe out of 10 people that parivartann reaches if it’s possible for us to change the mindset, thinking, attitude of only two we are more than happy. We believe if we can make two people realize their fundamental duties towards nation and its citizens than, for sure what we are doing is right and one day maybe in a second try or third we will be able to convince the other 8.

But still a question arises, if they are not doing, why should I? It’s a personal choice of an individual to do what they like to. But I believe you should ask just one question to yourself before ignoring this blog

DON’T ASK WHAT THE NATION HAS DONE FOR YOU,
ASK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR YOUR NATION!

THE BEGINNING

Hello friends,

Its long- long time I have been blaming the politics and people of India, for low pace of development of the country. Its four years now thinking and waiting for such a leader or a group to emerge, who will lead India to its destiny, i.e. full fledged flourishing nation.
Today we see corrupt politicians or rather powerful criminals, dacoits , cheaters who enter into politics and amend our constitution. They make rules for people like us who are well educated, better citizens than them. Do they own this right?

These criminals as a politician are mirror image of what our society thinks and how we act. These people are elected by us. So, its not there fault to be our leaders. But it’s our weakness that has made them our leaders. So, before blaming them we have to correct ourselves. We as a citizen should not only ask for our fundamental rights but should also selflessly fulfill fundamental duties given by our constitution.

We few students from IITs, NITs, & various other good colleges have taken an initiative to make our citizens up to date about their fundamental duties. Also how they can perform them for maximum benefit of the society and country. We have come up with an organization that is registered as an NGO.

And which will work in various states simultaneously and will also try and fill up the gaps between NGOs which are very much concentrated with a particular work and a particular city. We believe until and unless the lower section and the people from villages rise up, the realistic growth of Indian economy is not possible. And it’s the fundamental duty of fortunate citizens to support the less fortunate class in whatever way it’s possible.

Ab bhi jiska khoon nahi khaula, Khoon nahi wo paani hai.
Jo desh ke kaam naa aaye, Woh bekaar Jawani hai   !!!

These lines are very simple to understand, but the depth and feeling in these words have made me realize about the duties that I should perform. Today I am 20 years old and my nation has not only given me shelter, food, basic education, but also given me a sustainable job, by which I can lead my family to a happier life.
We call ourselves “Parivartann change for better…”

We try and help those who are not as fortunate as us. We work to support them who are thrown out as useless, non productive (senior-citizens, differently-able, etc.).We try and raise awareness about how not to pollute, destroy & damage our public properties, environment, etc.We try and bridge the gap between fortunate and less fortunate by bringing them closer, and by increasing the interaction among them. The most important of all we not only say or talk, we work and we work hard.

Those who believe what we are doing is right and someday soon we will achieve our goals can support us in the cause. We will not wait, for everyone to join us, we believe few strong willed & passionate people are stronger to lead the organization than 100 who doubt, and lack the passion.
